Physical Violence: Very. He's from a very violent canon, so anything is fine. Ask for permission before seriously injuring him, though.
Mental Information: Ask for permission!
Physical Affection: Both are completely A-OK OOCly and ICly. He'll probably initiate, tbh.
IC Triggers: No permission needed, but any talk of the Lannisters will get him fired up. So will asking about his sister.
Relationships: Yes to all of the above! Oberyn loves his paramour, Ellaria Sand, but they are very openly polyamorous, so your character would have to be okay with that.

Oberyn himself is around 40 years old.
